I cannot recommend Faride from Onboard Driving highly enough! She is an absolutely exceptional driving instructor and such a genuinely kind, compassionate and patient person.
I am fully licensed, but I hadn’t driven for over 12 years, so getting back behind the wheel was quite daunting for me. From my very first lesson, Faride made me feel comfortable, safe and confident.
What I appreciate most about Faride is her patience and encouragement. She never gets angry, frustrated or annoyed, even when I need something explained or demonstrated more than once. Whether I’ve forgotten how to do a three-point turn, parallel park, or simply need to practise something again, she takes the time to calmly go through it with me.
She is always encouraging, gives such positive feedback and builds your confidence rather than making you feel nervous or embarrassed about making mistakes. Her calm and reassuring nature has made such a huge difference to me.
Faride is not only an excellent instructor, but a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her students. I am so grateful for all her help and patience in getting me comfortable and confident on the road again.

I have only been driving with Faride for two days and I already feel so confident. Before driving with her I was very nervous thinking about driving on the road due to my last driving experiences with other drivers but she has made me feel comfortable with my own driving and has taught me new ways of overcoming my fear. I now look forward to my driving lessons with her. I absolutely love her teaching techniques and highly recommend ON ROAD Driving Education to other future drivers.

Faride is the best driving instructor that I have had so far. She helps me by explaining road signs and practicing the how to park in between 2 cars.

I first learnt to drive overseas around 3 years ago, and have since become very rusty. My first lesson with Faride I was so tense and anxious that I even cried a little during our break from stress. However, Faride has been nothing but kind, patient, and understanding. She taught me various rules to know the boundaries of my car in order to park correctly and to keep centred within my lane, tasks I initially had some difficulty with. I also used to particularly struggle with lane changing and merging. I tried to practice these with a teacher in the past to no avail. However, Faride explained the procedure for these so simply to me, and after only a few hours I gained confidence in these skills. If I made a mistake, Faride would calmly tell me where I went wrong and show me how to fix it. During our final lesson, Faride surprised me by taking us over the ANZAC and Harbour Bridges, which I've never been to before, and I got to enjoy my renewed confidence in my driving while seeing the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend Faride to anyone. She teaches well and with compassion.
She instructed me with clean understanding and patience when I got confused or misstep something. I learned a lot of new things in the short amount of time I had her and would highly recommend her again.
