Bala is an amazing instructor and I highly recommend her. She can be a bit tough with test preparation, but that is exactly what you need as it made the driving test a breeze compared to the preparation. I passed my driving test with a score of 99% despite my worries beforehand, and it was all thanks to her tips and instructions.

I've been with practising with OnRoad for a while now and completed all 120 hours with them. I've been through several instructors, unfortunately while I was getting the hours completed, I wasn't grasping any skills in regards to driving, technique or parking. This was visibly evident, to not only myself but also Bala, as she was asking me questions about certain aspects in regards to driving and I was clueless, we both could tell that I had not been taught well or proper technique. I booked 10 classes with her, instantly I felt confident in my own driving, she taught me everything that I couldn't learn in 120 classes within 10 classes. Bala provides constructive criticism if I've done something wrong but also compliments me where I've done a good job, which I appreciate. I am taking a pre-test package with her and will be taking the test package with her as well and hopefully, god willing I will pass within the first 2 attempts. I would definitely recommend Bala to new drivers, so they can learn all the basics with proper technique within the first 10 classes. Every class feels professional as she always mentions to do every minute detail accurately because we are preparing for test, those habits are now embedded into my mind which is beneficial.

Bala is an exceptional teacher who made me feel confident and comfortable with my driving. She is very patient and calm, which doesn’t create any form of panic while driving. Bala is also very knowledgeable and she’s able to convey that in simple language for beginners like myself to understand. Overall she’s a great instructor with a fun to be around personality.
