About the course

DRUGS & ALCOHOL AWARENESS COURSE ONLINE, COMING SOON

This is the Online version of the course and it aims to provide helpful and needed information surrounding the harmful effects and consequences of drug and alcohol use while driving, all while from the comfort of your own home. If you are busy or prefer a more independent and flexible learning setting, this is for you! The price for this course is COMING SOON and can be completed at your own pace. Please note this is not a replacement for the Traffic Offenders Intervention Program

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

General knowledge of alcohol and drugs: for example addressing popular myths as to how the body metabolises alcohol and effects on a person's health, behaviour and driving ability.

BUILDING AWARENESS

Building awareness of drink and drug driving: this would address potential social and personal consequences, as well as legal ramifications if you were to be charged and convicted of such an offence.

SETTING FUTURE PLAN

This addresses the context that usually leads up to a drink driving offence, consequences of any further drink driving charges and identifying risky behaviour and making plans to avoid those situations.
