Hi, I'm Martin Alberts.

I pride myself on being a patient, relaxed, and calm driving instructor, creating a supportive environment where students can build confidence at their own pace. Drawing on my many years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, I've developed excellent communication skills and a personalised teaching approach that helps learners become safe, confident, and responsible drivers.

I follow the recommendations and assessment standards set by Transport for NSW (TfNSW), ensuring my students are well prepared for their driving test and understand exactly what is expected of them on the day.

I am also a Registered NDIS Driving Instructor, with experience supporting clients with a wide range of disabilities and individual needs.

In addition, I have completed specialised training through Rehab On Road in Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation, including:

• Physical, vision and cognitive impairments and their impact on driving
• Mental health conditions, neurodevelopmental conditions, ageing, and their implications for driving
• Vehicle modifications for people with disabilities
• On-road assessments, specialised teaching methods, and driver rehabilitation
• Training in the use of adaptive driving equipment and vehicle modifications
• Vehicle ergonomics
• Licensing policies and procedures
• Medico-legal and ethical considerations
