I had Simon when preparing for the test and just passed first time without errors! He gave me so much useful information about the test routes and general feedback on my driving but was so calm and made me feel relaxed while driving. I've had other instructors who made me feel more stressed about driving but I would recommend Simon to anyone preparing for their test or just starting to drive

Simon was an amazing driving coach! Booked three lessons with him before my test and he taught me super helpful parking tricks whilst also taking me on a near identical drive to my test. Passed my P's first time - couldn' t have done it without him!

Simon is an absolutely amazing driver instructor who brings his sense of humour and strong understanding of driving to every lesson. I was a very anxious driver and avoided getting my licence for 10 years but with Simon's support I was able to pass my driving test first go! Just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Simon Ambrosoli for being a brilliant teacher for my daughter. He made Lucia feel confident and relaxed the whole time while teaching her all the necessary road awareness skills needed to be a excellent new driver. I would recommend Simon any day! He is very professional. It will take me a book to describe how every sessions and invested time were worth it. I have never driven in my life, and I am in my 30s. He was not my first instructor of choice based on Google reviews with Onroad, and I am very happy I switched to him after an unpleasant experience with the prior. He made driving very easy and enjoyable. Something I always look forward in my week and I get excited once I get in the car and didn't even realise the time flies by. He is very easy to get along with. He is a very good mentor. And God, he knows how to read the room. Onroad, please value Simon. He skills to have a good environment while mentoring is very amazing, and he caters to different personalities, anxiety, culture, attitude and experience. He adapts very well! He always made me feel whenever I make silly mistakes, that it is part of learning - and that is what he is here for. I made a friend in a few sessions with him. He gave me mental and emotional support in every session. And he was the best person to be with me during my the test. He calmed me, cheered for me, encouraged me. He was the proudest in the center when I got the 'congratulations' in the room. He gave me amazing tips in passing the test. He suggested the best route to take, and we practiced around that area few times. It takes a very good driver to teach someone to drive all the technicalities of driving and road rules, but Simon topped that with his amazing people skills and ability to connect and encouraged new drivers that anyone can learn. Thank you Simon. I will recommend you to anyone I know in a heartbeat. Chase me down if you are not happy with his services. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Simon enough as a driving instructor. I passed my test first time three months after starting lessons with just Simon despite never driving before. He was always calm, patient and recognised the areas I needed to improve before I did to ensure all my lessons were personalised. The test package made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Simon also gave me great advice to help me start driving beyond the test and was always COVID safe.

I highly recommend Simon. He's the best coach I had. He tells you every details about driving, how to do the head check, how to turn right at intersection, how to do a perfect reverse parallel park. I failed 3 times in my driving test until I found Simon. After practicing with Simon for 2 month, I went to the driving test again. Guess what? I passed it in one try. I'm really thrilled about it.

Simon is great. Just get him. He is patient, thoughtful, honest, intuitive, very experienced, and gives you just the right amount of push to build confidence. I am an older learner driver who had extreme anxiety about being behind the wheel and never thought that I would be able to drive ever but Simon managed to teach me to feel confident. Young or old, anxious or whatever your setback may be, Simon knows how to teach.

My son has been learning to drive with Simon A at Onroad for a couple of months now and he is absolutely loving it! Simon is very patient and understanding and takes the time to explain and demonstrate what he is planning to teach in each lesson. My son has mild autism and Simon has made the effort to really get to know my son and connect with him. Simon always makes sure that my son is comfortable behind the wheel and is fully aware of his surroundings. Simon has been amazing at teaching my son the skills and knowledge necessary for him to be confident to drive. We could not ask for a better teacher!
