I had a very good experience with Kumar in just 2 driving lessons. I’d done most of my hours and was doing lessons to prepare for the test, and he was very clear and concise and gave important advice specific to my situation, such as advice on when to check blind spots, how to properly do manoeuvres like 3 point turns, and advice on what to practice after the lessons. I highly recommend Kumar as a instructor if he is in the area!

Really satisfied with my driving lessons with Kumar! He helped me learn a lot about driving in such of period time as well as during a few lessons. I passed my Ps not long after my lessons with Kumar and I was very happy with the results of my lessons with Kumar!

Shailendra Kumar is the best driving instructor, very skilled and patient. I started with him when I had some experience driving and was horrible with parking but after lessons with him I became great at parking. He taught me everything I needed to know on the road, and helped me pass my driving test first go!

I took 11lessons with Kumar shailendra and I passed my driving test in first go. He taught me each and every tip from holding steering to parking, car positioning, looking and dealing with hazards, signalling and lane changing like a pro. And I felt confident and appeared for driving test and I nailed it because of all the techniques taught by him. Thank you Kumar and thank you On Road.

I passed from 1st driving test after I trained for only a few hours with Mr Kumar Shailendra, he is wonderful trainer ever, he gave me great confidence, he was very patient with me while I needed to change the training time(since I am a full time working mom and adjust the training time depending upon my free time) to do the road training with him.
Mr Kumar gave me the strongest solid Basics, and he helped to take off my fears.
Thank you a lot, Mr Kumar Shailendra; because of your efforts and patience, I can drive now after my 1st driving test.

Just want to thanks to OnRoad Driving Education Especially I am very thankful to Mr.Shailendra kumar .He was extremely helpful in pointing out little things that needed to be tweaked with my driving and how to feel the path of the car rather than using theories.This has allowed me to pass my P1 test and made me a better driver. My experience so far with Shailendra Kumar as my driving instructor has been nothing short of amazing. He helped me by explaining the driver knowledge test practice questions as well as guiding me through them before I booked to get my L’s . I've been Australia for almost 2 years now, and started my driving lessons 6months ago..As I didn't have an income at that time I managed it with little could spend.. Shailendra Kumar was my instructor and the first time I got behind the wheel his patience and coaching skills helped me a great deal in saving costs for me. not forgetting his sense of humour , which really made my driving experience less stressful and easier to drive..Its a new country for me and alot busier with more signs and traffic lights to deal with. I had the pleasure of being taught by Salendria Kumar. I live remotely in the Central Coast so came to the city for some lessons. Kumar had a lot to teach me in short amount of time so was very deligent in prioritising what was most important after observing my experience. He was professional, very calm and detailed in his teaching approach. Kumar takes a lot of pride his teaching, car and presentation. I always felt safe, never afraid to ask questions in my lessons. I highly recommend being taught by him. He has such a wealth of knowledge and I left every lesson feeling confident. Thank you Salendria Kumar!

Shailendra Kumar is an excellent instructor. He guided me very well to help convert my overseas licence into NSW licence. He is very clear and confident in his instructions. What impressed me is the way he carries the NSW driving guide with him and kept referencing it during my lessons. He is very methodical and helped me improve my reverse parallel parking skills (in addition to other skills) by sharing useful tips. He has a unique combination of strictness & calmness which sets him apart (very different from the other 2 previous instructors I had who were on either extremes). On the driving test day, he ensured to motivate and gave his 100% to help me get over the line.

I would strongly recommend him for any new drivers who want to learn driving and experienced overseas drivers who want to ‘unlearn’ and adapt to NSW driving rules and regulations.

Thank you Mr. Shailendra and wish you the best in helping other drivers to get better and to help them get over the line.

Shailendra Kumar has only done 2 lessons with me yet he gave me the confidence and skills to be able to finally pass my P’s test. He showed me a very easy way to learn & practice each skill e.g. 3 point turn and reverse parallel parking. He has a very good attitude & is very patient & made me feel very calm & less nervous which Was a great contribution to my driving license process.

Shailendra Kumar was my son’s instructor and he was the best instructor my son could have. My son needed someone who had a lot of patience and took care of their students and Kumar was exactly that person for my son. My 18 year old son got his P’s at his first go simply because of kumar’s care and attentiveness towards my son and being dedicated towards his needs and understanding his strengths and weaknesses. My instructor Shailendra Kumar was an amazing instructor. He helped me bring my confident up when I started to drive. He was extremely patience and calm with me. He was always happy to answer any questions as stupid as it might’ve been he never judged. I cannot stress enough how much he helped me and I passed my test first try! I will be recommending him to anyone who needs to help and is very nervous to start up, he helped me calm my nerves and assured me everything will be okay. He is a lovely and funny instructor and I will miss him dearly but thankful for everything he has taught me.

Hello everyone. My name is Dmitrii and I am from Russia. It was very complicating for me to understand left-side traffic, but the driving instructor Kumar Shailendra created a miracle. For couple of lessons he gave to me the most essential knowledges I need to drive in Australia. He is very professional, patient and very wise driver with a lot of experience. I passed my driving exam on my 1st try. Thanks to my instructor Kumar Shailendra. I started from scratch, from the very beginning of driving with no prior training. And with 20 lessons, I am now a good driver... good enough to pass my driving exam the first time. Kumar was very patient and let me start enjoying how to drive before teaching me all the needed manoeuvers required for good driving. I would highly recommend Kumar Shailendra, who is an excellent driving instructor, and Onroad Driving school.

I am an experienced driver recently moved to Australia. However after clearing the knowledge test with ease, I failed the driving test on my first try. So I contacted onroad driving school and they appointed Shailendra Kumar to me for one hour. In that one hour he gave me an excellent download of all the tips and things to be careful of that the examiner are looking for during the test. With those tips in mind, I was able to clear the test on my second try. Very grateful mr Kumar and thank you again onroad.

I have booked a 10hr driving lessons last Sept with Onroad Driving School. The booking was smooth and they responded quickly to my queries. I inquired Thursday, arranged a schedule and Saturday, we're already on the road.My instructor, Mr Shailendra Kumar, was very supportive and taught me practical useful informations that i need to know on a right handed driving country since i am used to driving left hand drive. It was a bit of an adjustment for me, lots of new road rules to follow, sometimes i would inappropriately use the wipers as giving signal for turning left/ right as that is the location of it if you are using a left hand car??. He remained calm, patient and reassuring that in no time, i will be able to adapt the new set of rules. He always has answers for my "too technical questions" and make sure i get it right. He gets back to me if i have forgotten something important that im confused of. Thanks a lot, Mr Kumar for being a great instructor. Highly recommended!!????

Shailendra Kumar is an excellent instructor. He is very patient and details in explaining. Let uses his engineer knowledge to teach and explain driving in a efficient and simple way. He knows various parking techniques and willingly to adjust this techniques accordingly to individual needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
