My name is Ranga and I am 61 years old.

I passed my Driving Test today with a 100% accuracy score to have my NSW Car License renewed that had expired in July 2011. It’s such a relief and delight to pass the Test and be able to drive in Australia thanks in no small measure to the lessons and instructions imparted by Chris Gardiner !!

I trained with Chris for about 30 hours starting October 2022 during which Chris taught me the basics of safe driving followed by the relatively more complex driving manoeuvres. My baseline driving skills were really low since I hadn’t lived or driven in Australia for over 11 years. To be perfectly honest, the lessons were sometimes tedious and repetitious but thanks to Chris’s diligence, discipline, encouragement and his sense of humour, I hung in there and passed the Test in my first attempt.

I found Chris Gardiner to be not just an experienced but also a committed and tough Driving Instructor. His methods are rigorous and uncompromising. His professionalism worked really well to my advantage. I complement him and thank him for teaching me driving skills that I feel happy and proud to have.

I endorse and strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking to develop the skills required to become a safe driver.

He made sure I knew the road rules and informed me on why it was important and made sure I was prepared for my driving test (which I passed on my first go). Chris has been a great instructor

I needed to convert my international Venezuelan license into an Australian one. I passed at first go after some hours with Chris as instructor. He is very professional and has broad experience. He knows how to lead you and make you pass the test with all tips and discipline that are necessary to pass it. Book with Chris without hesitation, as he is quite clear to communicate what you are not doing well and not after your money. Highly recommended and even more to add to the cake, he can instruct you in German. That is great!!!! Thank you (Danke Sehr) Chris.

I am very fortunate to get the opportunity to learn driving with Chris Gardiner. He is an experienced instructor and extremely professional, patient and helpful. What I enjoyed most from our driving sessions was the experiences of driving in all sorts of road and weather conditions. Chris taught me to be a confident and safe driver. I passed my driving test on my first attempt and the examiner even commented that I passed with a 'perfect' score!

I passed my driving test first go with the help of Chris Gardiner. He was the perfect driving instructor, made me feel very comfortable and capable in my own ability as a driver, whilst teaching me everything I needed to know. Before driving with Chris I thought I was a nervous driver and was convinced I wouldn’t be able to pass the test easily. Chris's driving advice is greatly expressed through his comedic nature, which helps ingrain driving techniques and makes it more enjoyable to have lessons with him. His Mini Cooper Countryman is great to drive in, and compliments his teaching style perfectly - classy. Chris has helped me come from being scared to drive around Willoughby Park to feeling comfortable wherever I am on the road, and I am truely thankful that I chose him as my instructor.

I took my lessons with Haseen and I passed my test I’m just 2nd attempt. He is an amazing instructor and he will always try to scare you but I think he does that to bring out the best in you. He knows the test routes so well Which really helps a lot! I had taken my lesson with some other instructor due to location issues but it was just a waste of money and time. I requested Haseen to take my lessons with him again and he was quite incorporating. Thank you so much Haseen!

If you are booked in with Chris, be assured that you will clear your test in one go. Just follow the instructions properly.
Coming from India, it's not so easy to unlearn few things and instill new habbits. It took me 10 classes to be confident about my driving in NSW and take the test.
Chris made it look easy to remember the instructions with his witty acronyms. A big thanks to a wonderful instructor and equally good man.

Chris Gardiner is the best driving instructor in Sydney. I've been to a few other driving schools before and no one are up to his standards. Chris made me unlearn my bad driving habits and re-learn the correct ones and gave me enough confidence to pass my driving test in the first go.

Whether you are learning to drive for the first time or even if you've driven overseas before, you will definitely enjoy the way he teaches driving. No matter how bad a driver you are, Chris will fix it up for you with his beautiful 'AUMINI'.

I highly recommend Chris (10/10) Very professional, friendly and he will make you pass the driving test in your first attempt.

My experience with Onroad, especially Chris as my instructor was fantastic. Along with his fantastic sense of humour was his vast wealth of driving knowledge (which I still don’t understand how it’s physically possible) and it proved to be extremely beneficial in my test, allowing me to pass with 100%.
