Working as a driving instructor is a rather difficult job and it needs a lot of concentration. It also requires a person to have a peace of mind, all the time. One of the big benefits of working in Onroad Driving School is that I always feel that I’m part of a big family and everybody here supports each other. Not only does this feeling contribute well to why I give my job 100% concentration and effort but it also provides everybody with the peace of mind needed for carrying out driving lessons with a high quality.

Working for Onroad is very good. They're very flexible and considerate of their instructors and also very friendly and open to feedback, good or bad from me. It's a blessing having such good company management.

I am known to my students as Nash. I completed my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. I had worked in the past in different multinational companies in Marketing and Sales Operations for about ten years. After a few years I realised I was very comfortable and confident in developing people skills at work as I was involved in various team building sessions there. I finally decided to start my journey to a new industry - driving instruction. After that gradually I started to feel that it was one of the best decisions I've made in life.
My focus is on the core - developing driving skills in my students. It not only includes demonstrating my students the technicality in driving but also it gives me the opportunity to adapt style, plan, execution of my training strategy in line with their state of mind. It gives me the absolute pleasure to see my learners shaping up to be a good and safe driver ONROAD. This is the feeling that keeps giving me peace and I keep doing more with my students.
I love to spend time with my family - my wife and 2 kids. This is another reason behind my decision of working independently in a different industry so that I can have proper time to spend with them. As a hobby - I can mention about philately - I used to collect ((long time ago) postal stamps of countries around the world. Now I'm busier and happier to see my kids growing up learning new things day by day.

Hi. This is Earl Dubier and I would like to tell you something about myself. My level of education is Higher Secondary Pass, from India - Chennai (formerly known as Madras). I have had in the past done a few different roles in various jobs. Since immigrating to Australia 20yrs ago I have worked in the printing industry in the binding & finishing production line. For the last eight years i have changed my career to become a Driving Instructor. This has so far been the best change i have made as i like to teach young and novice drivers how to drive and become safe and competent drivers who should share the road with other road users. I love to impart whatever knowledge i have to the new students to make them good and safe drivers. I do have lots of hobbies such as, Soccer, Cricket, Tennis & Swimming to name a few. I am married and have a lovely family with two teenage boys, who bring alot of joy to me. Besides my loving family my one great passion apart from being a Driving Instructor is my music. This is a good past time for me to relax and take time out from my busy daily schedule.
